  • 3LPE/3LPP Steel Pipe Coating System

    3LPE/3LPP coating system is a multi-layer coating structure composed of three coating materials of fusion bonded epoxy (FBE), copolymer adhesive and PE or PP top coats for steel pipe anti-corrosion. With over 10 years' experience and expertise in 3LPE /3LPP steel pipe anti-corrosion coating materials, Lushan has established a leading level technology and been well recognized with its remarkable performance in oil&gas pipeline corrosion-resistant field. From Siberia (-60℃) to Alashankou(80℃), from the seabed to desert, Lushan has always acted as a very important role in serving for many great International pipeline projects, such as China West-east Natural Gas Pipelines Project, India Reliance Natural gas pipeline Project, Sino-Russia Oil Transportation Project, etc. All prove that Lushan has become a world-class preferred supplier for 3-Layer polyethylene/ polypropylene (3LPE/3LPP)steel pipe corrosion-resistant coating materials field.
  • Polyethylene Copolymer Adhesive for Steel Pipe Coating

    Copolymer adhesive resin Lushan L-5R series is maleic grafted polyethylene in granule or powder form. It's mainly used as adhesive layer in 3 layers polyethylene system(3LPE) for steel pipe anti-corrosion coating in oil and gas pipeline and water pipeline.

    Polyethylene compounds Lushan EJ-1 for steel pipe top coats is black resin used as anti-corrosion coating material for 2PE/3PE buried anti-corrosion steel pipe or coated steel plastic composite pipes in the application of oil& gas transportation systems.

  • Polyethylene Sintered Powder

    PE sintered powder Lushan DE-1 is used for anti-corrosion coated steel pipe Polyethylene on the surface of the top coats and applied in oil&gas submarine counterweight pipeline to make a non-slid surface to avoid skidding.

  • Polypropylene Copolymer Adhesive for Steel Pipe Coating

    Polypropylene copolymer adhesive resin Lushan PR298 is maleic grafted polymer used for middle layer for Steel Pipe anti corrosion Coating system. It's coating materials in 3 layers polypropylene system(3LPP) for steel pipe anti-corrosion coating in oil and gas pipeline and water pipeline.

    Polypropylene compound Lushan PJ-1 is used as anti-corrosion material for 3PP buried anti-corrosion steel pipe or coated steel plastic composite pipes in the application of oil& gas transportation systems.
